HENRY – Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Cancellation Policy applies to reservations / bookings made directly to stay at HENRY. This policy excludes reservations made through 3rd party sites and affiliated Online Travel Agencies.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing (email) and addressed to info@Henry-Niseko.com,
- Reservations will remain current or standing until written acknowledgement is received from HENRY by the guest in reply to the cancellation request,
- The cancellation of a booking after receiving the HENRY booking confirmation email and more than 60 days prior to the check in date will incur a fee of 20% of the overall booking value,
- A cancellation less than 60days prior to the date of check in will incur a fee equal to 100% of the overall booking value,
- HENRY will not be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred as a result of any change or cancellation to a reservation,
Extenuating Circumstances Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to enter Japan due to a closure of the border due to pandemic mitigation measures, you may choose from the following two options:
- Receive a 100% full refund, minus ¥10,000 processing fee or
- Receive 100% full credit toward a future stay.
NOTE: We recommend that guests are purchase a travel insurance policy that provides then cover in the case of medical emergency.
RESERVATION POLICY
- HENRY accepts reservations on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will be sold to the first guest who confirms a reservation and pays the accommodation deposit/ accommodation balance within the allocated payment period,
- A reservation is not confirmed until an official confirmation is issued by HENRY or the booking agent from which the booking was created,
- Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates. Taxes and fees are subject to change based on dates of stay and local jurisdiction.
PAYMENT TERMS
- In order to secure a reservation at HENRY, a payment for either an Accommodation Deposit or an Accommodation Balance is required within the 3-day payment window after receiving the HENRY Payment Request Email or Notification,
- Reservations made less than 60 days or less from the check in date require payment of 100% of the overall booking cost in order to secure the reservation,
- Reservations made 60 days or more prior to the check in date require a 20% accommodation deposit to hold the reservation with the remaining 80% accommodation balance due 60 days prior to the check in date to secure the reservation.
- Failure to settle accommodation balances within the payment period will result in the associated reservation being cancelled unless other arrangements are made.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Payments are accepted via direct bank deposit or credit card prior to check in,
- All personal bank fees and charges for international currency exchange are the responsibility of the guest,
- A merchant fee of 3.5% applies to credit card charges made within HENRY for all services and extras.
- We accept payment for accommodation and services in Japanese Yen.
SMOKING
- Henry is strictly a non-smoking venue in all guest rooms and common areas
